What types of photography do you offer?

We specialize in wedding, family, and portrait photography. We are also open to shoot products and events, If you’re looking for something unique, please feel free to reach out, and we can discuss custom packages or creative concepts tailored to your needs.

How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! Simply fill out our online contact form or email us at contact@photosbykandid.com. Once we confirm availability, we'll send you a contract and a deposit invoice to officially reserve your date.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

The turnaround time for photos depends on the type of session, but you can generally expect to receive your edited photos within 2-4 weeks. For urgent requests, we can offer rush editing for an additional fee.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! We are happy to travel to locations both near and far. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location. Please reach out with details about your shoot, and we’ll provide an accurate estimate.

Do you offer prints or albums?

All of our clients receive access to an online gallery through Pixieset, where you can easily view, download, and order prints directly. You can select your preferred products through the gallery.

What happens if I need to reschedule my session?

Life happens, and we understand. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling may incur a small fee depending on availability and timing.

Are you willing to provide RAW photos?

We take great pride in both the photography and the editing process. Our raw photos are unedited and don't always fully represent the final quality of our work. To ensure you receive the best possible images, we only provide fully edited, high-quality photos. We believe the editing process is an integral part of creating the final vision, and we trust you’ll love the results!

What's your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied to your session. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 7 days notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days will result in the deposit being forfeited. However, if you'd like to reschedule, the deposit can be applied to a new session within 6 months.
